Mein Führer is at again, ready, willing, able, and planning to subvert and ignore the constitution one more time!

He (Obama) falsely believes he has the authority to enact the Cybersecurity bill in to law with the stroke of a pen.

No. Under our constitution, the only way a bill can become law is if it passes through the congress and the president signs it. The president can not create law, period. This bill is dead and did not make it out of congress.

President Barack Obama is considering executive-branch action on U.S. cybersecurity after Congress failed to pass legislation to protect national security assets, a White House aide said.

“If the Congress is not going to act on something like this, then the president wants to make sure that we’re doing everything possible,” John Brennan, Obama’s counterterrorism adviser, said today at an event at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington….

Senate Republicans last week blocked a bill backed by Obama that would have set up voluntary cybersecurity standards.

So if Obama somehow makes it a law via whatever trickery he may devise, it doesn’t count. It’s invalid. That is also dictatorial powers, something which is in direct conflict with the constitution. He can not make law, period.

If he goes ahead with his dictatorial power that he does not have and makes this law somehow, he should be impeached. What he’s contemplating is a high crime. The sad thing is, this won’t be the first time.

Looking over the many egregious constitutional violations of this president, I sit and wonder where the Republicans are hiding. Memories of your botched Bill Clinton impeachment that never should have happened, got you paper tigers gun-shy? More worried about your political careers than the country?

I suspect that’s a good part of it, along with the fact that the Democrats still hold the majority and would never allow it. They are the same socialist ideologues as Obama these days. That party is radical, and we all know it.

And it could be the GOP is just waiting to see how the election plays out.

For most of you Democrats and other assorted leftist goofballs, just remember, one day the other side will be in charge. We have checks and balances, and those checks and balances apply to both party’s.

The real test to see if you’re a true American is you support the constitution, laws, protocol, etc… even when you know the end result may not be in your favor. Are you a true American?
